Aphros Rough Tanzanite and Cultured Pearls 18K gold Earrings

Pearls, rough diamonds and natural gemstones! Just the basics we need to look fabulously stylish.

Mixing rough and smooth together. It’ s like being on the beach and seeing smooth shells on sand and rocks.

Perfect with jeans, dazzling with a wedding gown.

I named these earrings Aphros, as an Ode to the Goddess Aphrodite and the rock through which she was born, symbolised by the rough tanzanite gemstones. One of the ancient Greek myths is that some of her father's "bits" were thrown at sea and that she rose from the sea, as beautiful and perfect as the Goddess of Love can be.
Hence the presence of cultured pearls and rough diamonds as a symbol of the tumults of Love.

Recycled 18K yellow gold.
