My client had been wearing her engagement ring daily for the past 50 years . The gold was very worn out and she had already lost one of her emeralds. The best solution in order to avoid losing more or the ring breaking, was to remake a completely new ring, using family gold, the 2 stones she still had, sturdy enough to last another 50+ years - and over all keeping the spirit and emotions of her beloved ring intact.
Reunited : Earring had lost its other side, which teh client wanted to replace. Sourcing matching cultured pearls and diamond, making a new earring to match, to the delight of my client who enjoys wearing her family heirloom again.
Transformation: Starting from several pieces, we created a one of a kind mixed metals band set with the diamonds recycled from the old pieces.
Remodelling: The client had an existing platinum ring and had sourced a gorgeous red spinel. I made a set a stacking rings with diamonds which can be styled together or worn individually.
